Effective 1 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Maiden, a cricket-club administration service operated by Core Integrations Ltd(“Core Integrations”, “we”, “us”). By signing up for or using Maiden you accept these terms. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a cricket club, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Maiden helps clubs manage members, fixtures, RSVPs, selection, scoring, and (optionally) member payments. We host the service on Cloudflare and keep it available, but it’s provided “as is” without warranties beyond those we can’t exclude by law.
Cricket data your club enters into Maiden (members, fixtures, results, scoring history) belongs to the club. We process it on your instructions to deliver the service. You can export your data, and delete your club from Settings → Danger zone at any time. Some cricket history (e.g. completed match scorecards) may continue to be visible on public club pages until you delete the club itself.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; we don’t refund partial months unless required by law. Pricing may change with at least 30 days’ notice for existing customers.
Clubs that collect dues via Maiden do so through a Stripe Connect Express account. Money flows directly to the club’s connected account, not to Core Integrations. You’re responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you charge your members, and for any refunds. Stripe is the merchant of record; their Connected Account Agreement applies in addition to these terms.
Maiden uses Anthropic’s Claude API to power optional commentary suggestions during scoring. Suggestions are generated from match context, not member personal data. You’re responsible for reviewing AI-generated text before publishing it. We rate-limit usage per user to keep the feature sustainable.
Some features are marked beta or are gated behind feature flags. They may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice while we iterate. Use them with that in mind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We don’t exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t be excluded under UK law.
You can stop using Maiden any time. We can suspend or terminate access with reasonable notice, or immediately if you’re materially breaching these terms. We’ll give you a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to club admins by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after a change takes effect counts as acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
